Fees, referrals, and appointment pathways

Self-referral, GP referral, and endocrinologist referral are all accepted. The fee guide below is based on the current service schedule and helps you prepare before booking.

Self-referral

You can call and book directly without a referral letter.

GP referral

Enhanced Primary Care / GP Care Plan pathways are accepted and may support Medicare rebates where eligible.

Specialist referral

Endocrinologist referrals are accepted for coordinated education and technology support.
